The National Office of Agricultural Council (ONCA) is a public institution, responsible for leading, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the strategy of the farm advisory nationally in Morocco. ÉLÉPHANT VERT Morocco has concluded a partnership agreement with the ONCA on the dissemination of innovative solutions offered by the Group and on the training of agricultural advisers.
